Hand-forged and hardened damascus steel blade. Ideal for Tameshigiri.
TheLotus Katana with differential hardened carbon steel blade from WKC, forged from damascus steel, is a high-quality katana, particularly suitable for training and cutting exercises. The blade is ground very sharp.

Sugata (blade shape):
Hand forged without bohi (groove) on both sides and with chu-kissaki (tip). The hardness of the back (Mune) is approximately 55° HRC Rockwell and the Ha (edge) is approximately 61° HRC Rockwell (differential hardening). Real Hamon line where the differential hardening becomes clear.
