Fantastic service

I bought a doctoral sword from WKC and am so happy with the craftsmanship of the sword and with the level of customer service I received throughout the process. They quickly straightened out the mess I had made of my account, then answered all of my questions.

The sword and the laser engraving, both on the sword and the shield, is beautiful. I was able to get a one-time use permission from my daughter's university to use their official seal on the shield and it looks perfect.

I'm in the US and had questions regarding Trump-imposed tariffs, customs fees, and shipper brokerage fees. They immediately stepped in with a willingness to help.
