Fittings: solid brass, cast. Hand sanded and polished. 24-carat gold-plated, with USMC crest engraved on the crossguard.
Blade: Stainless steel blade, hardened, with three grooves on each side. Finely damask US Marine Corps design on both sides and on the back, so deep that you can wear it with you
can feel with the fingernail. Hand sanded and polished. Blade length approx. 32 inch, width approx. 1 inch.
Etching: The particularly beautiful etching is traditionally damask and 24 carat gold-plated. Etching your name on the blade is included in the price.
Handle: Ivory colored ABS scales, hand finished and matched to the metal parts. Polished finish. Four brass star screws, gold plated. A portepee hole, 24 carat gold plated.
Scabbard: Seamless carbon steel tubing, hand ground and polished. Maissive brass fittings with openings that are finely polished. 2 eyelets with soldered brass carrying rings.
